Banned & Restricted Goods

The following goods are banned from being advertised on Swap - Sell - Services Website. Any Member found advertising goods from the Banned List will be disqualified from advertising.

No illegal or prescribed Drugs must be offered.

All offensive weapons, no items that may cause harm or injury to others.

Magazines, videos, DVD, software, goods and materials, featuring extreme violence, pornography and any obscene material are forbidden.

Counterfeit & Pirate goods and goods that infringe any legal restrictions, goods that do not function in the manner the goods were intended when new.

Guns, ammunition, explosives, chemicals, fireworks and firearms of any description including replicas are forbidden.

Exotic pets requiring a license and any endangered species.

Any stolen, borrowed or loaned goods that the member does not have full legal right to use.
